Refund Policy

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of payment, without giving a reason.

Because ProductShot provides digital content (AI image generation credits), we ask for your explicit consent at checkout before providing the service. Specifically, by checking the consent box at purchase:

"I consent to the immediate provision of the digital service and acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal for the entire purchase once any credits are used."

By consenting to immediate provision and using any credits, you acknowledge that the digital service has begun and the right of withdrawal is lost for the entire purchase, in accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a technical error (API timeout, provider error, etc.), credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. This is a credit refund, not a monetary refund — the credits are returned to your balance for immediate reuse.

Credits are consumed per generation attempt. We do not offer refunds or credit restoration based on subjective dissatisfaction with AI output quality, style, or accuracy. Only verifiable technical failures (API errors, timeout errors) qualify for automatic credit restoration.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contact@productshot.pro with the subject line "Refund request".
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase.
  3. We will review your request and respond within 14 days.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 14-day withdrawal period. Requests received after this period will not be considered regardless of credit usage status.

Refunds can only be requested via email to contact@productshot.pro. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated directly through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us may result in immediate account termination and will be contested.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method.
  • Processing time: typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We will confirm the refund via email once it has been initiated.

6. Abuse Prevention

Each purchase is subject to one refund review. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that demonstrate a pattern of repeated or abusive refund requests.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
